One

Most days I live in a sense of wonder. God’s blessings chase me down and overtake me more times that I can count. I just need to keep on the lookout and also listen for that still, small voice.

I always keep a note pad, pen, and mini flashlight next to the side of my bed. The other night as I was dozing off while praising God, the Holy Spirit started downloading this into me and I began writing right away.

I had recently read John 14:20, “You are in me and I am in you.”

This is what I was given to share.

These are nine little single syllable words, that are so rich, deep and meaningful, that they are beyond comprehension, yet so simple even a child can understand them. We have a God who perceives our needs and experiences what we experience. (One of the meanings of Jehovah Jireh)

I mean I knew this, but now I know this! I am never ever without His Presence living inside me. And neither are you. The great I AM lives in us!

All day long.

For all time.

Look at that, more single syllable words!

  1. Supercalfraglisticexpalidocous!🤗 attempting the other route.

I love it when the Apostle Paul keeps it simple.

“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” Romans 12:12

  2. “… and I AM in you.”

Then Moses said to God, “If I come to the people of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ what shall I say to them?” God said to Moses, “I am who I am.” (Exodus 3:13-14a)

That I AM is who is in us.
