My best friend is a ninja! No, really, it’s true! She is so stealthy in how she uses her God given talents to help others. She cleans the church. She delivers meals. She looks in on friends who need a little extra help. Just to name a few.

She has been helping a friend to make sure he is eating, driving him to his doctor appointments, etc, and found he had a problem for two days before she came in to help him.

She is a godsend!

Defined a godsend is an informal word for something good that happens unexpectedly, especially at a time when it is needed.

She is a living example of Matthew 6:3. Jesus teaches his disciples to give to the needy in secret, without letting their left hand know their right hand is doing. This means to avoid any public recognition or praise for their acts of charity, and to trust God’s reward instead.

That’s what makes her a ninja. A ninja for Jesus.

I like the ring of that. Don’t you?
