I know you’ve had them. Don’t deny it. And you are so incredibly grateful when it is over. Yes, I’m talking about a whole week full of Mondays!
This past week was one of them for me. Every step I took forward, set me five steps further behind. But I did not lose my joy or my hope through it. I was tempted to lose my cool, but I recognized it for the distraction it was and firmly said “NO!”
I had been working on a post I wanted to share with you today, but it is not close to being completed, so I will save it for next week, unless Jesus comes before that.
So I’m keeping it short and sweet this week and giving you an amazing quote I read yesterday by Jack Hayford.
“Prayer is essentially a partnership of the redeemed child of God working hand in hand with God toward the realization of His redemptive purposes on earth.”

I had a “Monday” two Wednesdays ago, and another one the Friday after that. It’s comforting to know that God is always with us. I still have my job, and my faith, too.
